How we use it

The evening shower, upgraded; or the morning one, if you pick eucalyptus.

  1. Run the shower warm and step in.
  2. Wet the tablet briefly under the stream to start it, then set it at the back of the shower floor, out of the direct water so it lasts the whole shower.
  3. Breathe slowly through your nose. Let the steam do the work.
  4. Rinse the floor after; it can be slippery.
