How we use it
The first move of the wind-down, an hour before bed.
- Trim the wick to a quarter inch.
- Light it as you start slowing down, not at bedtime; let the first burn reach the edge of the jar so it never tunnels.
- Lamps only, phone in another room, one chapter or one podcast.
- Snuff it before you go up. Never leave a candle burning unattended.

How strong is the scent?
Medium. It fills a bedroom; a few buyers with large open rooms found it soft. Let it burn to a full melt pool for the best throw.
Why 7–10 days?
Pretty Honest pours each candle to order rather than holding stock. If you need it faster, the Botanical Soy Candle ships sooner.
Is it natural?
Soy wax and a cotton wick, scented with fragrance oils rather than essential oils. We say so plainly; the Nustad candles use essential oils if you prefer that.
Can I return a candle?
Yes, unburned, within 30 days. Damaged in transit? Send us a photo and we will sort it.
