Lemon and orange up top, lavender and apple blossom underneath, a little clove at the base. Hand-poured in Charlotte, North Carolina by Pretty Honest Candles in small batches.

Why we chose it

• 100% soy wax with a lead-free cotton wick, for a slower, cleaner burn than paraffin.
• About 50 hours from an 8 oz jar.
• A real small maker. One studio, one pour at a time.

How we use it

Light it as you start the wind-down, not at bedtime. Trim the wick to a quarter inch before each burn, let the first burn reach the edge of the jar so it does not tunnel, and never leave it burning unattended or near anything that can catch.
