How we use it
Morning shower or evening diffuser; eucalyptus does both.
- Diffuser: 3–5 drops, one hour, morning or evening.
- Shower: 2–3 drops on the floor at the far end, out of the direct water. Breathe.
- Bath: never straight into the water. Mix a few drops into a scoop of bath salts or a spoon of carrier oil first.
- Cap it tight; keep it in a cool, dark cupboard.

Questions
Can I put it on my skin?
Not neat. Essential oils are concentrated; if you want it on skin, dilute it heavily in a carrier oil and patch test first, or simply use it in the air.
Is it safe around pets?
Eucalyptus is one of the oils vets often flag for cats and dogs. Ask yours, diffuse in a ventilated room, and never apply it to an animal.
Eucalyptus or the diffuser blends?
This is a single organic oil; the Slow North blends are ready-made evening mixes. Many people keep both.
How much per use?
Three to five drops. More is not better in a diffuser.
