Set a steamer on the shower floor away from the direct stream; as it fizzes it releases essential oils into the steam. Five tablets per resealable pack, made by JM Botanicals in the US.

How we use it

1. Run the shower warm and step in.
2. Wet the tablet briefly under the stream to start it, then set it at the back of the shower floor, out of the direct water so it lasts.
3. Breathe slowly. A tablet lasts about one shower.
